HP Pavilion All-in-One - 23-q067c
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed a windows 10 clean image, but since then, touch is not working for me. I installed all drivers from HP site, no help. Touch doesn't even appear in device manager.

Is there a way to download the original image? or HP's image which includes the support to touch?

Thanks

The HP cloud Recovery tool may do as asked

Otherwise, as a search for an updated driver -  Perhaps look

For touch screen devices, Human Interface Device (HID) drivers are used. To update these drivers expand the HID section in the Device Manager. Right click on your HID driver and select Update Driver option.

If there is no indication of touch in there, the driver might not be available.

BTW: that PC came with Windows 8.1.  How long ago did the upgrade to Windows 10 happen and did the touch work then?
