I had to download an app for my AIO camera and now need to know what else I have to do to get it to work.
My AIO has a camera on the top of the monitor. When I click on my camera app, what opens is a black screen
However, the camera that's installed in the AIO doesn't rise and show what it's aimed at. If I pull the camera up, it works.
What is the trick to get the camera to automatically rise and work? I shouldn't have to manually pull the camera slot up.
Thanks for any guidance

Thank you Dragon-Fur for your response.
Yes, this post refers to an early post, but the earlier post did not address the camera not opening. It was on the fact that there was no camera link, i.e., icon.
This post is asking "why doesn't the camera open when I click the icon and all I get is a black screen" unless I manually pull the camera up.
The actions suggested in your link had already been addressed.
Unfortunately the camera still does not open automatically. Would like to know why.
