HP Pavilion AiO PC 27-ca2000i (6L7D8AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi windows installed an Intel driver update  Intel Corporation - Extension - 31.0.101.5334 yesterday following which screen went white and barely readable.  Phoned HP support who wanted to return PC to base for repair.  However after some blind guess work I found device manager on screen and disabled the Intel UHD display adapter driver which restored screen picture.  I was then able to roll back the driver to a previous version 31.0.101.4502 and problem solved.

Highlighting here in case anyone else encounters issues.

Hi @RJP04,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you were able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue on your own, which is great! Updating drivers can sometimes cause unexpected issues, so it's good that you were able to revert to a previous version and get your PC back to normal functioning.

If you encounter any further issues or if you have any questions about maintaining your PC's drivers or anything else, feel free to ask!

Take care and have a good day.
