the model corresponding to this number will therefore be
HP Desktop - M01-F1033wb
Give the full version of windows
for windows 10 type winver in the search box
if you give the best information

Along with the comments from @Prométhée about model numbers - the most likely cause is the connection between the PC and monitor is not correct, caused by using non-compatible leads or inactive ports on either device.
Please give more details about the leads and ports being used on both PC and monitor.
