The monitor only has drivers up to Windows 7.
You should be able to manually install the W7 driver for the monitor on W11 as follows:
I have zipped up and attached the monitor driver, below.
Download and unzip the file to its folder.
Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager.
Click to expand the Montors device manager category.
Click on the Generic PnP monitor listed there.
Click on the driver tab.
Click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option, and browse to the driver folder that you unzipped.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
