@redcap84 -- is this your computer: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-b275na PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

It was released in January 2017.

If you run Windows Update, do any of the "optional updates" address your issue?

If you run the HP Support Assistant, does it offer any device-driver?

yes that is my computer, but the windows update doesnt find any touchscreen or display updates and HP Support has nothing either? Tried both! A little frustrated 😞

@redcap84 -- in Windows Update under Windows 10, there is a clickable-link for "optional updates".

Presuming that Windows Update under Windows 11 has a similar hyperlink, have you tried that hyperlink?

HP Recommended

yes it has a similar option, my only available update is for the HP USB update, which has taken 3 attempts to install.. nothing for the touchscreen though

to see if there will be an update to help you out, otherwise it will be necessary to find a trick

I have tried the suggestions but using the win10 install for touchscreen drivers results in a fail as it doesnt recognise that my system has a touchscreen.. the BIOS seems to have eliminated it...

@redcap84 -- is there a USB cable between your computer and your touch-screen? Is it securely plugged-in at both ends?

Windows treats a touch-screen as a USB device, when that cable is connected.
