Product: HP Z34c G3 WQHD Curved Display
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I use my Z34c G3 with my Surface Laptop 5, connected through USB-C. The screen is great and I use the integrated popup webcam with Teams without issues. However, I would like to use the camera for facial recognition through Windows Hello. But the webcam isn't being recognized. Instead, the Surface Laptop camera is being used, even when the lit is closed. There's no way to select the Z34c integrated webcam.
The User Guide refers to the Windows Hello software drivers, but they're not available when I search for them. Also, the HP Support Assistant doesn't show downloads related to the integrated webcam. What can I do to make it work? Thanks!
