Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For some reason if i choose any Refresh rate above 75, the screen colors get washed out and the resolution does not look that good at all, i do not know what to do.

Okay so update ; after changing DisplayPort mode from 1.4 to 1.2, then back to 1.4, it looks normal again, and i can use 165hz with full resolution without getting bad quality, but i do lose HDR, HDR was working before, but now it just flickers off after turning on, $300 monitor and such a headache.
