I have purchased an XP-pen Artist Pro 12 drawing tablet with display screen. the problem i am getting is the screen on the tablet is blank, The laptop does know its connected and the pen works on the tablet as it moves the cursor on my laptop. it is just that i should be getting a copy of my desktop on the drawing tablet screen, but it is not showing. I have reinstalled drivers, and tried everything, i have emailed xp-pen but not heard back as of yet. anyone had this problem and managed to fix the issue? I know its got to be the hp laptop as i have tried the same device on my wifes dell laptop and it works perfectly on that laptop.
