HI,
I have purchased F22 HP Moniter on 24Dec 2022, On 25 I have started to working there is a Yellow Black Light bleeding in screen. Snap attached below. and tell now no customer support as been received from HP.
The **bleep** team whats app team will never provide the mail Id's to contact person.
Today in what's app chat there are saying its customer damage it will not cover under warranty, The Entire product is defect its was not used full 1day only used for 5hr.
This how you tread customer after buying new product. Till not no engineer as been visited my page and checked the monitor, by seeing images can confirmed you can't say that is damage. If customer has Photoshop the image will you able to approve under warranty.
Already Spoken to DELL, Samsung , Lenovo and Specially ASUS - they are saying its Product defect not customer damage,

I understand you are facing a hardware issue with your HP M22f FHD Monitor. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
The PC needs to be sent to HP Service Centre to get it repaired, I'm sending out a private message to assist you with the next course of action.
