black horizontal line on bottom of desktop screen

Hi

couple of days ago black horizontal line on bottom of desktop 23es screen appear I change VGA Cable and use other caple and also I go to bios setting but still have this line in my monitor and not damage I just 100% sure not damage it is monitor problem

please tell me why it happen when It not physically damage.

can you help me?

if the problem is hardware, internal, you will generally not see anything
Either the problem comes from the screen, test with another computer, if same problem the screen is most certainly damaged
