Could be, possibly, one of three things:

1. Wrong power brick and it's under-rated for that unit

2. Faulty RAM. Cleaning contacts and re-seating may help

3. Corrupt BIOS. Holding down Win Key + B Key for approx 45 seconds when you turn the machine on *may* re-flash the BIOS.
