my cursor keeps randomly turns into a square and sometimes it does nothing and randomly it turns into a clicker and it clicker at random speeds and for a random time other times there is no square and it just turns into a clicker that does the same thing i previously said and randomly after it clicks and stops it can have a chance to turn into a square and repeat the same thing it also does this thing on random parts of my screen

If you have attached a mouse, push the left-side mouse-button down, and hold it down.

Move the mouse diagonally. Does it produce a "square" ?

 

If you you are using a touchpad, push down on the touchpad, and slide your finger across the touchpad.

Does this also produce a "square" ?

 

When you have your fingers on your laptop's keyboard, how close are the palms of your hand to the touchpad? If they are "too close", Windows may be reacting to the proximity.
