i have HP All-in-One PC 24-df1000i  under warranty accidently  broken monitor and asked hp the same told me to send to authorized service center but they returned telling us we take only which is under free warranty service  broken monitor needs to be purchased and we dont provide this service, so what should i do i am ready to pay for the broken monitor and want to fix it  please i need a solution
