burn in problems with my display

hi, i have a problem with my hp 24x display, on the right side and on the bottom side where the windows bar is usually located for most of the time there are 2 signs of so called "burn in", in these areas the pixels are whiter, it's clearly visibile while playing a movie or while displaying a plain color wallpaper, my product is still in warranty so i thought to ask you for some informations on how to fix the situations, my OS is windows 10 64bit, i've seen trouble shooting guides but its not a software issue so it cant be fixed like they suggest.
