i am unable to find camera drive in device manager, sometimes its showing after clicking on scan for hardware changes and later the drive disappearing.

Which window are you using on your desktop, this is happening after the recent update of the window and after updating your window you are unable to find your camera then there should be antivirus protection that does not allow your desktop to use for some apps.
