Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, i've just bought a new HP Pavilion 27-de0083nl. I have an issue about the camera. The camera module does not rise.
The camera works, because i see a little light inside when I open the camera tool, but doesn't rise.

you know if it should be manual or automatic?
unless nothing is working?
I can't find anything for this specific model
but from what I had already seen, it is often a pressure to open and close it
