I understand that you are looking to know if you can use your HP ENVY 23-o014 All-in-One Desktop PC as a monitor, is that right?
Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.
Please click here for the specifications of your computer.
Based on the specifications of your computer, your computer has a HDMI In port.
This means you can connect your notebook to your all-in-one computer using a HDMI cable and then press the HDMI IN button the left bottom of your screen.
