I have a TV but i cant plug my Xbox One into it (it doesn't have and HDMI port) , so i wanted to know if it was possible to use an HDMI to USB converter like this one (picture on the right)
on my computer to view the console. (It may be a dumb question because i don't really know much about stuff like this)

Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
If your plan is to plug the USB cable into the Xbox, connect that to an HDMI cable, and then plug that into your All-in-One, that requires and HDMI INPUT port, and since you did not provide any model information, I can not check for that.
If your model has an INPUT port, it will be on the back, to the left of the OUTPUT port.
If it does not have an INPUT port, this will not work.
