Clock suddenly went about 18 hours behind. How can I rest?

You can change the clock settings by right clicking on the clock - lower right corner - and pick Adjust date and time.

If that date is wrong along with the time, it could be the CMOS battery needs to be changed.

Easy task, the battery is a coin sized battery on the motherboard.
