You tell us what kind of computer it is. You can't tell by looking at it we need to go reviews some technical specifications like what video system it has and what ports are available which varies by model of computer.

Yes it has 3 DP ports on the motherboard and can drive 3 4K displays: one from each DP port.
3 DP 1.2 graphics ports integrated in motherboard; Supports up to three simultaneous displays across DP outputs. Max resolution supported: 3840 x 2160 at 60Hz

Yes none of the Manuals I found show an actual picture of the I/0 plate on the back of the computer. Can you post a picture of the back of the computer? Never mind I found this:

Well to have 3 monitors you have to use one of the DP ports at least. I always prefer to use DP over any other kind of monitor connection because it works way better for high res like 4K displays than even HDMI.
