Yes, the cracked screen can be replaced either by you or through a local computer repair store. The thing to keep in mind is that replacement screens are often expensive and/or 'on backorder'. Also, you would have to determine how PC repair-savvy you are.
In order to save money, you would have to open your AIO and first find your screen's part number and determine if it is available. For example, if it is the case that your screen's part number is: "HP 27-D 27-dp0053w 27" Borderless LCD Screen All-in-One Non-Touch screen FHD", you could purchase it here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/165291198979?hash=item267c1f8a03%3Ag%3AoykAAOSwKKxie3nB&amdata=enc%3AAQAHAA....
As you can see, this was the least expensive option I could find, and at $369 (not including tax) they are not cheap.
At time stamp 1:46, HP shows you how to replace your screen in this instructional video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wGXDMsTE5zM.
The options for you I would contemplate are: DIY -or order the screen replacement and take your AIO and the replacement screen to a local PC repair shop. Haggle with them to get the best pricing to install the new screen.
Good luck!
Hope this was helpful.
