Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The display on my HP 2310m moniter is too large for the screen and the icons, tabs and info around the edges does not display.  How do I make the display fit my moniter screen?

There are no Software and Driver updates for Win 10 for your monitor.  You can try to adjust the Refresh Rate (60 Hz), the Aspect Ratio and the Resolution.  These three items can cause the symptoms that you are experiencing.  You can run Windows Update and HP Support Assistant to see if they find a driver.
