All in one 27
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

All in one 27 running windows 10 64bt and the display is the worst I have ever seen, I have rebooted also put windows 11 on and taken it off. Altered the text and resolution and nothing is working. Most upset about this as I have only had this desktop for a couple of weeks.

Can you return to the store that sold it to you, and inspect an identical system, to see if its video display is any better than yours?  If, so, will the store's policy for exchanges allow you to return your computer, and to replace it?

Contact HP Support: http://support.hp.com and click "Contact Us" to what HP calls "open a case" to exercise the 12-month HP Warranty, to get HP to repair/replace your brand-new computer.

 

When you purchase a new automobile, are you required to become your own auto-mechanic? No.
