does hp provide free services for repair of laptop in case of scratches and cracks?

someone dropped my laptop and it now has a dent, a few scratches and a small crack, does hp provide services for this?

it might have impacted the touch capability of the laptop and since the laptop rotates 360 degrees, I am concerned it might face issues later.

The simple answer is Sorry, No.

The standard warranty does not include accidental damage.

IF you previously purchased a Care Pack contract that includes Accidental Damage -- and if the contract includes the particular type of incident (dropping) - then it would be worth contacting HP Support.

No, you cannot purchase a Care Pack Warranty "after the fact" to cover damage that already happened.

What else?

Perhaps contact your homeowner (or renter) insurance agent - Ask if damage of this type is covered in your policy.
