dont work 3 buttons

Hello
3 buttons stopped working on my monitor, namely on / off, cancel and up. When the computer is turned off, the monitor blinks in different colors. I went to the store where I bought the monitor, there somehow they fixed it all without referring to the service center, but after 1 week everything repeated. Could there be some kind of malfunction in the monitor itself or does it include some kind of protection?

Have you checked if the buttons are physically stuck inside the panel?

Have you tried to use a different monitor cable or What happens when you just disconnect the monitor cable and not the power cable?

If you disconnect the HDMI cable from the monitor, the monitor switches to standby mode. After it, you can turn it off with the on / off button. After switching on by pressing the on / off button, the monitor starts blinking in different colors.I did not try to use another cable. Buttons are not stuck
