The monitor only had driver support up to Windows 8.

 

The W8 monitor driver should work on W11.

Thanks but will not work on new dell system windows 11 with display ports.

You're very welcome.

 

Did the driver install and not show the correct name of the monitor, or did it not install at all?

 

Did you try manually installing the driver?

 

If not see if this works.

 

I have zipped up and attached only the monitor driver file below.

 

Download and unzip the file to its folder.

 

Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

 

Go to the device manager.

 

Click to expand the Monitors device manager category.

 

Click on the Generic monitor listed there.


Click on the driver tab.

 

Click on Update driver.

 

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers option and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.

 

Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
