According to this spec you have Intel HD and / or Radeon 7950a MXM 3.0 adapter

I assume only Intel HD graphics and no 7950a.

Using a VGA cable?

HDMI cable with adapter for Display Port?

Display Port to Display Port straight through cable?

At the monitor makes sure the proper input is selected or set to auto detect in the on screen display (menu)

Bring up the device manager and expand "Monitors" and see if two monitors show up.  If so, press the windows key plus P

and configure the second monitor.  If the monitor is recognized (generic is listed) but nothing shows up then the signal from the AIO is too weak.  Try another cable if HDMI.  Examine all connections.

sanity check: connect monitor to x-box,  dvd player or cable-TV to verify it works.
