Dear HP Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue regarding the dynamic contrast feature on my HP monitor that I am unable to disable. I disable the dynamic contrast from the OSD menu, but it reactivates itself afterwards.

I have been using the monitor for the past few weeks and have attempted to disable the dynamic contrast feature. However, I cannot find this option in the monitor settings. I have also consulted the user manual, but it does not provide any instructions regarding this matter.

 

This issue is important to me as some of my work applications and games require color accuracy and calibration. The dynamic contrast occasionally causes visual artifacts, negatively impacting my performance.

To resolve this problem, could you please provide instructions on how to disable the dynamic contrast feature or suggest any updates/settings that may address this issue?
