Hello,
HP EliteBook 6930p Notebook PC is an old model and you can get drivers for windows xp and windows 7
However for windows 10 there is no driver available from HP.
"I work for HP."

Ruben

Hi, @everest3
I have a 6930p running the latest version of W10.
If your model has the AMD HD 3450 graphics adapter like mine does, you can manually install the W7 AMD graphics driver and it works just fine.
W10 should automatically install the Intel graphics driver, but if it doesn't I imagine you can also manually install the W7 Intel graphics driver too.
If you need help with how to do that, please let me know... and let me know which graphics adapter your notebook has.

I'm not HP.
no service tag posted, so what's inside who knows.??? learn to post the tag data so the job is 10x more easy, ok?
but this is correct
step one use that ethernet port on the side, and connect a Cat5/6 cable to your router (avoid wifi)
then when booted w10 it goes to microsoft.com servers PnP and gets the newest Intel,AMD or Nivida drives in seconds flat.
this is how PnP works , your w10 tells MS, what chip you have, the MS matches it.
(in fact i just swapped a FX AMD mobo to today to a Intel, Z270 i7-7700 mobo and MS.com PNP did the driver swap in under 10 seconds flat, not one error (save coa key) saving my 100 applications from DOOMed.
if this fails use device manager (Iseen in CP, control panel).
right click the display card, in DM. see that name there, Intel, AMD or nvidia.? sure.
then RC the card and update driver,
did it update?
it should.
HP does not have it, but MS does. see.?
if MS fails to have it, then
go to
Intel.com for intel chip
go to amd.com (ATI) for the ati chip
or got Nvidia if that is what is there. and get their driver.
there I did all ways from sunday.
6930p (what is the pn/ on this laptop) the pn/ in the service tag tells us what chip options are on the mobo.
some laptops have 3 or 4 GPU options, my elitebooks have that.
ever seen the service tag , some are in the battery well
on newer pC in the BIOS INFO PAGE> F1.
see this, how made it is clear no? right click it and pick update driver, be connected to the web or its all wasted.

the product spec shows 2, (of the 100 submodels. huge list of subs)
Run PCI-Z and see it, use device manager to see it or use HwInfo64.exe (all free of cost)
or use DM , device IDs tab and decode the ID to a chip, that i can tell you but wont.
