Microsoft Windows 11

Hello.

I just buy a used HP elitedesk 800 G3 sff.

It has just two display port for video output. I have flickering white dots on my screen. on both display port i have this dots, on one of them more dots.

I changed the display port cable and nothing changed. on the left display port which i have less white dots (some times I don't see this dots) after about two hours of working my screen blinking, it goes dark and again I have my screen back. I haven't graphic card, but for test I put someone graphic card on it and I don't have this white dots.

can you please help me to solve this problem?

thank you so much.

There was a recent bios update April 29. 2022

Possibly that will fix the problem.

My $.02 opinion is there is a problem with the graphics compounded by windows 11

Your system is here based on lookiing up "800 G3 sff"

From the processors listed I do not see any that support windows 11.

If you had this problem before upgrading to windows 11 then you should consider returning the system for a refund.

Please click on the following link and enter our system serial number and verify that the processors listed are the same as the one I found using the name of the model.

Thank you for helping me. I change the display port cable and now it's work very good with windows 11 OS on it.

but exactly i can't tell that's the Cable to solve it. I put the refresh rate on 59.94. but really I don't know how the white dots goes away. maybe refresh rate or Cable change! maybe non of them. But that solved for good.

thank you so much.
