Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

i've been looking everywhere and can't find anything. whenever I press a button on the monitor it says "key number () pressed" I have a discord if you need more information on my problem. Seula#8259

@cornelius12 -- the color is flashing red blue and green

 

The monitor may be doing that, to show that it is on *AND* that there is no video "signal" coming from the computer.

 

Note that some monitors have multiple video-inputs: VGA / DVI / DisplayPort / HDMI.

You need to use the OSD (On Screen Display) to select which of these inputs is to be the "active" input source (namely your Mac computer).
