Hello
I had a similar problem too. I bought a second graphics card for my Desktop Computer. I installed and ran it but the new card did not appear.
I researched;
1. Update the Bios.
If it doesn't happen again
2. Reset cmos
if not again
3. Remove and reinsert the battery.
Since the motherboard will be reset, you need to edit the dates and times in UEFI.
My problem was solved in item 3. I was careless and broke the socket when removing the battery. I had to take it to a computer repair shop and have the battery socket replaced. Beware of...
I hope it will be useful.
Kind regards.
