Hi, I have just bought a Pavilion 590-p0004nl
The problem is that the hdmi port seems to be closed, it looks blocked b
y some black plastic that is not removable. I bought it from Amazon where it is clearly stated that there is a hdmi port. Can you confirm that the port exists? I don't want to force anything, what can I do? Thanks a lot!

Hello
The pc has probably a graphics card with its own connectors.
The available connectors of the motherboard are therefore unusable, and they are therefore concealed, because useless, as long as a card is inserted
