Microsoft Windows 11

i'm trying to connect a third monitor, but since i don't have a third video port on my PC im using an HP usbc g5 dock. i connected the HDMI monitor to the dock and the dock to the usbc port on the front of the PC and nothing. To make sure it wants the monitor or cable, i connected the usb c cable to my laptop and the monitor gets a signal and works, it just doesn't when i connect to my PC. i've connected an external drive to my dock to make sure it's not he usbc port on the pc and the the drive is recognized, the dock also appears in device manager.

Any help would be appreciated

The specs of your machine is

Its USB-C port is NOT compatible with USB-C on the dock. Your computer has plenty of USB-A ports, you can use a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter for monitor 3 such as
