DESKTOP-9TLG34O
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello Team,

My HP desktop has two HDMI ports. (Product ID: 00325-96352-45862-AAOEM) . I used an adaptor connected my second monitor. One HDMI end to my HP desktop and one VGA end to the second monitor. It was working fine.

Now I am trying to connect my TV with my HP desktop. I connected the HDMI cable between the desktop hdmi and the tv hdmi. It does not work. My HP desktop cannot detect the third monitor.  So I switched the end of the HDMI cables that connected with the second monitor and the TV. Then the TV turned on to display the computer content but the monitor turned black.

Does that mean the 2nd HDMI port of my HP desktop maybe malfunction or damaged? Or my driver does not support three monitors? How can I fix the problem?

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Thanks in advance, Regards,

Joy
