I am looking to connect a screen HP LP3065 to a Mac Mini late 2018

I am not that familiar with the new Mac Mini but it would seem that it has Thunderbolt 3 outputs.  The monitor has DVI dual link inputs ( 3 actually) so an adapter that supports those two items will be needed.  Check with a Mac vendor for the correct adapter. It would seem the older thunderbolt 2 adapters might not work with this monitor.

Thank you for your answer

I have tried several cables HDMI to DVI dual link. No one works.

I have tried several cables Thunderbolt 3 to DVI dual link. A little better: one of them recognise the monitor, but the screen stay black. One of this cable (an AROTAO) works perfectly on an other 30 inches iiyama with the same resolution. I dont' know why.

I have tried several Thunderbolt 3 to DVI adaptater. No one works.

With an Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adaptater, I have tried the old Thunderbolt 2 to DVI dual link. It works, but not reliably.

I must give a precision. When I say "With an Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adaptater, I have tried the old Thunderbolt 2 to DVI dual link. It works, but not reliably." I must add that it  was not the Apple Thunderbolt 2 to DVI dual link adaptater, for this one does not work at all.
