HP Pavillion P6000 Series

I tried setting up our desk top at our new house and the monitor keeps saying DVI, HDMI and V-something “no signal”. I looked up the manual, verified everything is plugged in correctly, and it still won’t work. It says I can use either one of those three cables, but we have the v-something one (it’s blue). It worked at our last house. o not sure what I’m doing wrong here.

Thanks!

Welcome to HP Forums. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

May I know how are you connecting the monitor? Is it through the HDMI or DVI?

Is the computer working? If the computer is not booting up or posting, then you might face this issue.

If you have a different HDMI or DVI cable you could try connecting it again to ensure it's not an issue with the cables

Also if you have a different monitor you could check to ensure it's not an issue with the computer

Keep me posted

Thank you 😊
