when I consulted the document here, it seems quite limited to me, we see the Bottom view , if you understand what I mean, and we don't see how it could move ,but it looks like there is a small margin, I don't know if that means it can move
If so, hold the bottom stand and gently tilt the top of the screen forwards/backwards, don't force, if it doesn't move don't insist
