Hi, a power surge damaged my hp 27f monitor motherboard making it unusable. I would like to know if it is possible to replace it and if so what is the cost of the operation. Thank you

Verify the A/C adapter provides 19.1 volts. If you do not have a voltmeter any cheap one under $10 USD will do.
If the adapter works then the surge must have going in to the Ethernet port or somehow bypassed the adapters voltage regulation circuitry.
Disassembly and repair help is in the service guide.

The circuit board (PCB) should have marking on it or the case or cover it is in.
If you spot any damage you can google for the part number
Photos of the board on page 16 show a label. Look for a part number there.
Do not buy a replacement power adapter as the problem may be inside the display.
