Product: hp 960 4K webcam

Hi,

I'm trying to run a brand new HP 960 4K webcam on my custom app. The device is recognised by the app, but all I see on screen is the following image:

The divers are up to date. The HP camera works wine with windows camera app.

A Logitech camera works with the custom app without a problem. 

Is there an API or some special commands that I need in order to operate this camera?
