hp envy 27s freesync with nvidia gpu?

Hi, i have recently downloaded the new nvidia drivers for my rtx 2070 and when playing on the envy 27s 4k monitor i seem to get stutters when the refresh rate goes into the 40hz range,what is the lowest refresh rate of this monitor when using freesync please? as when i check in windows it says 50hz to 60hz? and i get no option any lower than this.

• What is the exact product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
• Have you tried with a different HDMI cable?
• What is the operating system?
• Have you tried with the different game

Thanks for the reply, really all im asking is what is the minimum refresh rate of the hp 27s 4k display when using it on freesync mode? my frames are about right for my graphics card in 4k.

To get the answer to this question, A number of the more affordable 4K displays currently on the market offer only 30Hz refresh rates. The typical refresh rate of a mainstream display is 60Hz, and fast gaming-monitors can offer as high as 144Hz.

I know the max refresh rate of my monitor is 60hz! i was wanting to know the minimum refresh rate! when using freesync,

The minimum refresh is 48 Hz that support a dynamic refresh rate.
