Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't set the screen frequency to 144Hz. Windows 10 64bit, i3 10100 uhd 630. Why? I can only 120 Hz.

@vkoc -- the graphics-adapter card inside your computer supports 120 Hz, but not 144 Hz.

Not "for sure". Only death and taxes are for sure.

But, it is highly probable, and worth the investigation of the specific capabilities of the graphics-adapter card in your computer.  Check the manufacturer's web-site for the full specifications of the capabilities of it.
