Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

23-b111a   pavillon 23 all in one pc

 

Hi i have about a  4cm section of vertical lines on lhand side of screen, going from top to bottom the lines appear to be over other screens. is this something that can be fixed and if so is it worth getting fixed, thanks for any info

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

 

https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers

 

If you continue facing the issue, I recommend you boot to BIOS by tapping the F10 on startup and check whether you see these lines on the BIOS screen as well or check with an external display.
