Hi, I have an issue with HP 23er 23-inch Display - Model T3M76AA (Manufactured in April 2016). It does not turn on. I was using it normally on my PC and it turn off. I revised the electric connection shows the behind led working, however not respond to the screen nor the frontal led. Thank you in advance.

Power button may be disabled according to the manual. The LED light can also be disabled which can be misleading.
If pressing the Power button has no effect, the Power Button Lockout feature may be enabled. To
disable this feature, press and hold the monitor Power button for 10 seconds.
You might try connecting to cable, dvd player or xbox, etc.

Thank you BeemerBiker, for your comments and advice. The Display continues without response, in my location, HP has no support center for Display devices, now I am thinking to buy a new one as a replacement. Thank you.
