Hey there! @namralyssa66, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!

I understand luminance icon keeps popping on your monitor.

Don't worry I'd like to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your monitor?

Check if the buttons on the monitor are being pressed.

Press volume - or volume + icons to navigate through the functions.

Select R-> icon on the monitor to reset. Reset your monitor factory settings and check if the issue persists.

Refer the monitor user guide for more information.

If the issue persists after reset it is a hardware issue with the monitor, please contact HP support for service options.

Link to contact HP.

Hope this helps!

Have a beautiful day ahead! 🙂
