luminosità

Ho Montato il computer un una stanza molto luminosa e non riesco a vedere bene il monitor, ho aumentato la luminosità al massimo ed ho anche messo la modalità notte che rende lo schermo più scuro, ma non ho risolto il problema, continuo a non vedere bene. cosa posso fare e come posso ovviare a questo inconveniente che non mi permette di lavorare?
