I know that's the driver you need because I also have an 8200 Elite CMT which is running W11 25H2 and that driver worked for me.

Try manually installing the driver as follows:

Go to the device manager.  Click on the PCI Serial Port needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.

That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp74499.

Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.

Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for that hardware ID:

[Manufacturer]
%Intel%=Intel, NTx86.5.1, NTamd64

[Intel.NTamd64]
%SRL_DeviceDesc% = ComPort, "PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E3D&CC_0700"
%SRL_DeviceDesc% = ComPort, "PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1CBD&CC_0700"
%SRL_DeviceDesc% = ComPort, "PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C3D&CC_0700"

Thanks, and do you also know how to fix the problem with installing new drivers for the NVIDIA graphics card??Zrzut ekranu 2026-04-07 203841.png

You're very welcome.

What model Nvidia graphics adapter does your PC come with?

HP Recommended

Earlier it had an AMD R5570 in it, and yesterday I transferred a GT730 4GB to it

HP Recommended

Before you installed the GT 730, did you uninstall the Radeon HD 5570 driver and AMD Radeon software before removing the card?

If you did not, that is the cause of your dilemma.

Things may be so messed up if you didn't uninstall the Radeon driver and software, that you will need to reinstall Windows with the GT 730 installed.

You can never install a new graphics card without removing the software and driver from the one you want to replace first.

The GT 730 has full support for W10 and W11.

The latest driver can be found at the link below:

Driver Results | GeForce GT 730 | Windows 10 64-bit | NVIDIA

I once had a GT 730 in my 8200 Elite CMT and had no problem installing the driver, but I first uninstalled the Radeon driver and software for the HD 6570 it originally had.

HP Recommended

I will uninstall it and see if it works, thanks for the help!
