can my old  monitor w1907 be used on pavilion tp01-1026

You must check the models, because there are several possible
for this computer:

TP01-1026 Product Specifications

Product Number
9EE17AA

and this monitor therefore:

The HP Pavilion w1907

Product number RK283AA

 

Motherboard Specifications, Baker

 

  • (1) HDMI 1.4b/HDCP 2.2 port
  • (1) VGA port

and :

VGA 15-pin D-type connector
DVI-D connector
 
so there is nothing of certain for the connectors, you will have to check directly, if it matches, so you have the possibility, directly in VGA
Otherwise, you may need an adapter, converter if it doesn't fit
