Hi:
According to the motherboard specs on your PC's support page, one of the HDMI ports is in only and the other one is out only.
That's kind of a nice feature where you can use one of the ports to connect to a monitor and display your PC's screen, and the other one you can connect a gaming device such as an X-box and use your PC's screen as a monitor.
